What is Yoga?

Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago. Today, many who do yoga, do it for exercise or to reduce stress.

What to Expect? 

Our sessions include a full body yoga flow with some deep stretching and breathing techniques. It is a great option for a guided active recovery! You can schedule as a 1-on-1 session or as a group with up to 8 of your friends!

Do I need any equipment?

Wear comfortable clothes that you good moving in.  You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat, blocks, straps, etc. if you would like, but these items will also be provided!
