Operating out of Body Evolution Gym in Columbus, GA, we are here for all of your performance, recovery, and injury rehab needs.  

We offer soft tissue work such as Therapeutic Dry Needling, Cupping, Graston's, and Myofacial Release for both performance recovery as well as coming back from an injury.  As Certified Athletic Trainers, we are trained to recognize and evaluate orthopedic injuries.  If your ache/pain turns out to be more we can design an evidence based rehabilitation strategy to get you back to full speed with minimal time lost. 

If you want to work on lifting technique, our staff have the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Olympic Lifting certifications.  We have years of experience in powerlifting, strongman and kettlebell technique to help you tighten up your performance.   Through the technique work we will be looking for mobility/stability restrictions. If found we will conduct a mobility screen such as the Selective Functional Movement Assessment or Functional Movement Assessment to find the root cause.
