What is Pose Running?

Efficient, injury-free movement taught through poses. You can use the Pose Method techniques to prevent injuries and to dramatically improve your athletic performance. The Pose Method® can be applied to any human movement. In sports, application of the Pose Method® can dramatically improve training and racing performance, help prevent injuries and give a competitive edge.

Run Technique Analysis

Have your run form evaluated by a certified running technique specialist via slow motion video. Session will begin with a coach guided 5 minute warm up followed by a slow motion video of 1-2 short runs (less than 50 yards each). One at a slower distance pace, and one at a faster short distance pace. 

How do we fix it? 

We will review your form video on-site and provide immediate feedback and correction drills. Working together we'll discover 2-5 drills that make running feel lighter and effortless.  From there we'll develop a plan to reinforce the improved run technique.

Do you need to follow up?

Follow up appointment allow the opportunity to progress your corrective drills as you are improving from your custom running improvement plan. Any running related questions that have surfaced since can be answered. Follow ups are a great option for those who prefer guidance on an as needed basis.
